This award is a pin that must be earned over a two year period of time by those scouts who show true devotion to our Lodge and warrant recognition by the Lodge.  Eligibility of an individual may be eliminated by a two-thirds decision of the Lodge Executive Committee due to lack of scout spirit, etc.  This award will be presented at the annual Lodge banquet each year necessary.

 
Requirements:

Participation

Be active in the Lodge and in the Arrowman’s respective Chapter.  All participation disputes will be left to the discretion of the LEC.  The decision may be appealed to the Lodge Executive Committee, where a 2/3 vote of members present is required for the decision to be overturned.

 

Section

An Arrowman must attend two consecutive Section Conclaves in the Section in which the Lodge is a part of.

 

Leadership

An Arrowman should hold one position of leadership/responsibility in the OA per year.

 

Training

An Arrowman should attend one OA-sponsored training session per year.
