Why Register?

  You may be wondering why you need to register online when you still have to register once you get to the event.  Well the answer is quite simple.  When you register online, it's more like a pre-registration.  Your information is logged in a secure database.  We use that information for several things.

1. Knowing how many people will be attending the event makes planning the event ahead of time much easier.  Food and lodging requirements can be calculated correctly to insure that the event, and our lodge runs smoothly.

2. With a list of those pre-registered we can cross reference it with the list of those registered at the event to see who actually showed up and who didn't register online.  This lets us know how well the registration process is running.

3. Should an event be suddenly cancelled, postponed, delayed, etc.. you can be notified in advance to save time.
